Initial Nutrition Consultation $250

An in-depth 90 minute consultation open to clients anywhere in the world via Skype or phone.  Analysis of current health or nutrition concerns followed by a detailed email including an action plan, education on what foods to eat or not to eat based on current health status and nutrition education tailored to your needs and current nutrition level.

3 Sessions $550

This package includes the 90 minute initial consultation and resources and will also include 2 one hour follow up sessions.  It typically takes 21-30 days to implement solid nutrition changes and this package is beneficial in achieving desired results and understanding how to take this information and implement a long-lasting lifestyle.

6 Sessions $1100

This package includes the 90 minute initial consultation and resources and will also include 5 one hour follow up sessions.   This package is recommended for those with auto-immune disorders, MS, vitamin deficiencies, long-term weight loss struggles and any other nutrition concerns that require special attention and time to achieve improved health and well-being.  You will also have access to me via text message for 60 days for questions and concerns.

Follow Up Session $175

An hour consultation available anytime after a client completes an initial consultation or package.  Follow up calls are excellent for addressing issues as they arise, trouble shooting and for helping a client fine-tune their new lifestyles.
